We asked our lives clients, Megan and John, to share a few words about their new life in Estepona. This is what they had to say
Having been in this business for over 20 years, we have seen how the property market in Estepona has evolved over the years through good and bad. There is one thing that has remained the same to this day and this is the fact that the majority of buyers want to be within walking distance to amenities
Many of our clients choose to buy a property within walking distance to amenities and the beach, one of the main reasons is because they are buying a holiday home and do not want to have to drive in order to reach amenities, which we completely understand! However, many of our clients also live and work here year around, they are looking for a family home with plenty of space and within easy reach of local schools. Bring on.. Atalaya, Guadalmina and El Paraiso!
The spring / summer season is upon us and Estepona is looking better than ever! If you live here or if you are simply visiting, we recommend that you keep an eye on the local Town Hall Facebook page (Ayuntamiento de Estepona) as they regularly post news relating to our beautiful town and they post upcoming events that you really don’t want to miss!
It seems that every property website nowadays is dominated by artist’s impressions of new developments for sale in Estepona and along the Costa del Sol. The majority of which are the contemporary properties, villas and apartments.
Happy New Year 2019 from Future Homes! With property sales on the Costa del Sol up 5.4% we are excited to start the year with an excellent selection of properties for sale in Estepona.
the property market in Estepona
Are you looking to sell your property in Estepona? There is a question that you should ask yourself before listing your home… Should a vendor sign an exclusive right to sell contract with an estate agent or not?
Summer 2017 has been quite a busy time in terms of property sales and purchases in Estepona – due to the increasing popularity of Estepona town, we found that a lot of buyers were interested in an investment property especially near the port with the intention of renting short term. So much so that we are now in the process of replacing the great properties we have sold!
Wow, I can´t believe it is summer again! So far, after a rather hot June, temperatures are a steady 28 – 30 degrees centigrade and very pleasant, especially the cooler evenings making it perfect to enjoy a drink in one of our many chill out bars and beachside restaurants. Aside from selling property in Estepona, we also find time to enjoy ourselves!!
One of the things we love the most about this business is that no two weeks are the same.. This week at Future Homes has been particularly focused on the luxury property market in Estepona, Marbella and Casares. Ranging from exclusive golf developments to large-scale plots of land and country houses for sale, we have seen a wide variety of very interesting listings that we look forward to offering to our clients.
We are very proud to say that we have been selling properties in Estepona and surrounding areas since 1999. Establishing a real estate company on the Costa del Sol in itself is rather easy nowadays, all you really need is a website and you´re off! However.. We know all too well that it takes a lot more than a good website to remain in business (and busy!) for over 17 years, having survived the recession we have seen the market evolve in many different stages, along with the major improvements that the town of Estepona has undergone over the past 5 years.
