Having been selling properties in Estepona since the year 1999, we have seen times change and the real estate business has certainly evolved over the past few years. When we opened our first office on the Avenida de España we used to develop our photos from film!
The revolution that is the internet and “social media” has had a very significant impact on the way that we interact with our audience and our clients. From anywhere in the world you can view a property online and communicate with an agent, before planning to come and visit the property in person. For this reason, we pay special attention to the quality of our photos and videos by employing a professional Photographer, James Bowles. James is an experienced Photographer who understands the importance of highlighting the best and most unique features of a each property, he usually spends a good hour preparing the space before he starts shooting.
