Interesting renovation project for DIY enthusiast! Located approximately 2km off the main Manilva to Casares road, and just off the AP7 coastal toll road, this property is very interesting but please read our honest description carefully to get a full picture of this project. The track to the property is ok but it is rather bumpy and we would advise a 4 × 4 type car. Most of the year it is ok but after a lot of rain, there can be some gaps in the road, even though ok with 4 × 4. There are in fact three properties on this beautiful land in the valley, some of the land is flat and certainly enough of it is flat to use for horses or animals. The boundary of the land is the pretty river below. The main villa of 150m2 is on one level with 3 bedrooms, kitchen/dining room and large living room with a nice spacious hallway with feature fireplace. There are covered and uncovered terraces, some with wooden decking (needs replacing) and a large pool too. Down below is a spacious garage or workshop of about 80sqm but it should be noted that there are some cracks in this building, and then below that a cute 2 bed cottage of 91sqm with beamed ceilings, fireplace and private terrace too. We have stated the square metres and land area according to the land registry information but the house was added to and the pool built etc many years ago but never registered so a buyer should take legal advice on the best way to do this. Also until now the electricity supply has been via a local neighbour but this is no longer possible. There is a supply pylon just behind the house and we are informed that the cables are in place, but again we would say check this. It is beautiful and could be amazing. We can see a sort of retreat or rural bed and breakfast as being ideal in this area. It only took us 5 minutes from the properties to the main road but we put our foot down on the accelerator and bumped our way up! The price reflects the legal and building work needed and has been priced for a quick sale. Very low running costs, no community fees and extremely low rates too.
